Randy Douthit is an American Executive Producer
Randy is a graduate of the University of Utah in Theatre and has been a member of the Screen Actors Guild since 1987.Randy Douthit won the awards for Favorite Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for The People’s Court. He also won the award for Outstanding Daytime Emmy Award in 1993 and 1994.Randy has been married to his wife, Wendy Douthit, since 1992. They have one son, Tucker Douthit. He was born and raised in the South Shore area of Chicago.
Randy Douthit upcoming shows with Judge Judy and The People’s Court, have been a fan favorite since he first guest starred on The People’s Court in 1989. He is best known for his roles as “Randy” on the hit CBS series The People’s Court, and as the voice of the character “Piggy” in the animated series and subsequent sequels to the film Toy Story. In addition to his work with Disney, Randy has appeared numerous times on television as well as in live stage performances. He is currently an executive producer of both The People’s Court and Judge Judy.
He also appears on several other shows including what I like about You, Sister Wives and most recently was seen on American Dad where he played the part of Steve Smiths’ ex-wife.
He is also involved with various charities such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, Children’s Miracle Network and Making Strides against Breast Cancer. Randy has written a book called “I’m Just Saying: What I Think about Everything” which was released on October 1, 2009.
Randy has been married twice. His first marriage was to actress and singer, Nivea Scott (born Neecee Scott) from May 11, 1978, to 1988. They had two children together: daughter, Rachelle (born May 11, 1979), and son, Jeremy Lee (born September 10, 1982). Randy and Nivea divorced on June 30, 1988.
Randy met his second wife Jennifer in Santa Barbara in the early 1990s when she was working as an extra on the set of The People’s Court. They were married on October 3, 1993. They have four children: two sons and two daughters. In November 2014, Randy revealed that he had split from his wife, Jennifer, and would be moving out of the family home in Montecito.
