Robert McKenna discussed tips to Make the Most of a Hybrid Work Environment in the Post-Pandemic Era.

1. Embrace Flexible Workforce Solutions:

The post-pandemic era will be different than any other time in history.

As we move into this new normal, you must embrace flexible work solutions.

These include telecommuting, remote working, flex hours, and more.

It may take some time to get used to these changes, but they are here to stay.

  1. Map Out Your Day

It’s essential to map out your day to ensure you have enough time to accomplish everything on your list.

This includes things like meetings, calls, emails, etc.

You need to adjust your schedule if you don’t have enough time. McKenna says, “You should also consider how much time you spend at home versus at work.

You might want to limit your time spent at home if you feel that you aren’t getting anything done there.”

  1. Set Your Boundaries and Stick to Them

If you feel overwhelmed by all the tasks, you need to complete each day, set boundaries.

For example, say no to certain types of requests or projects.

Also, stick to your deadlines.

According to McKenna, “Deadlines are crucial because they help you focus on what needs to be completed.

They also give you something to look forward to, which helps keep you motivated.

In conclusion, McKenna says that the pandemic has changed our lives forever.

We must adapt to this new reality and learn how to live in a world without physical contact.

The best way to do this is to embrace flexibility and change.
